Do they fit big or small?

If you are a half size and we don’t have your available, please size down. Keep in mind that our slippers are open toed and can cover a range of sizes.

Do they cure foot pain?

Most of our customers who experience foot pain say they help a lot! But, no they do not cure foot pain.

Although, The Cloudies do compress with each step and absorb the position of your foot, making it more comfortable then most footwear.

Are they as comfy as they look?

Yes, but they are slightly stiffer when you get them. Wear them for a week to break them in and they will soften up, or soak them in warm water for 30 minutes.

What material are the Cloudies made of?

The material is made of EVA. Ethylene vinyl acetate co-polymers are non-toxic.

They do not contain plasticizers or other additives. The high-quality EVA material is completely harmless and kind to the skin.

The material is used for insoles and shoes all over the world because it is durable and long-lasting.

So you have absolutely no need to worry about your health.

They are more stiff than advertised, why is this?

The EVA material we use is designed to break in overtime, they are supposed to be stiff right when you get them.

If you want to skip the “break in” period, then soak them in warm-hot water for 30 minutes.

Do they offer arch support?

No they don't have much arch support, but the material is designed to compress and relieve pressure off your feet.

Where are you guys located?

Our design team, marketing team, and product rollout team are based in Canada and the United States.

Our manufacturer is in China, please do not attach a negative quality to having them made in China.

We have amazing feedback on our product, and if you don’t like it, we have a forgiving return policy, so you really have not a lot of risk...

How does the shipping and delivery work?

You've placed an order, the sun is shining and the sky is bright blue because you know your Cloudies are on their way - now what?

Once an order is placed, our team will carefully pick up your Cloudies from the clouds and lovingly pack them. Please allow up to 72 hours for our team to pick up and pack your order.

All orders are shipped when all items are completely ready - this means that any items you have pre-ordered will wait until the last item is available, and then be shipped at the same time.

How long does the shipping take?

We offer Free Insured & Tracked Shipping worldwide, so everyone can enjoy our beautiful products! Unfortunately, we cannot speed up the international shipping or the transit time/customs clearance process, so sometimes shipping times may extend a bit, this is out of our hands.

All orders ship within 1-3 business days of purchase.

SHIPPING TIME: 13 - 16 business days

If you just received a shipment notification, please allow 1 to 6 working days for the tracking information to update.

What is the cost of shipping?

Not a cent! We ship all orders by free standard shipping (with tracking).

Why do they shrink in the sun?

To make the squishiest, most comfortable material there are micro air pockets the compress when overheated causing them to shrink slightly.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

What’s your return policy?

30 day return policy, you must ship it back to us and you are responsible for covering the shipping costs. If it’s a defective product, we will ship you a new one.

I received the wrong size, what do I do?

Ship it back to us, send us the tracking information, once the tracking updates we will send you a new one.

How do I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel within 6 hours of your order being placed email us the reason for cancelling with your order number and we will cancel it. If your order has already been processed, you will have to wait until you receive it, then ship it back to us. Once it is shipped back to us we will refund you.

What happens if the product arrives damaged?

If the product is damaged, you should report the damage to us within 30 days after ordering.

In this case, you should send us your order number and a photo of the damaged product.

We ask you to report the damage within 24 hours after delivery of your order.

Otherwise, we will not be able to consider the claim.

How do I track my order?

When will my tracking be updated?

Tracking can take up to 6 days to update, this does not mean that it has not shipped yet. It could be on route to you, sometimes there are just delays in the tracking.
